The TV star, 31, featured in Love Island's sixth season.
She gave birth to her first child in 2023 and will now expand her brood, gushing her eldest will be the "best big sister."
In addition to the Instagram reveal, which saw two of her pregnancy tests show positive, she has dished the detail on her expanding family and her due date.
She told MirrorOnline: "We're so happy to announce we are adding to our little family.
"Lucia is going to be the best big sister and is really excited to have a new baby brother or sister arrive later this year."
In her clip, her two-year-old, who she shares with her boyfriend Billy, could be seen donning a white T-Shirt emblazoned with the phrase "big sis."
Little Lucia was seen eating food in her pushchair before she hopped out and swirled around, giving a glimpse at the words: "In my big sister era," printed on the back.
The baby news came as a huge surprise to followers of the matchmaking show star.
Just hours prior to her huge news, she had uploaded before and after snaps of her weight loss and 14-month body transformation.
Shaughna has repeatedly clapped back at suggestions she's used fat jabs to achieve her new figure - opened up on "dropping a few dress sizes."

MUM SHAMED
It seems Shaughna is clapping back at the cruel comments of mum-shamers by making her news public so soon.
She revealed how they criticised how she documented her first labour and exposure of her happy family news.
She posted a screenshot of a direct message that a former fan sent her, where at first they congratulated the former ITV2 star on the birth of her child.
However, when Shaughna posted another story of her tot, the user remarked: "Anything else but baby all the time."
Love Island winners - where they are now
EVERY year Love Island opens its doors to more sexy Islanders who are hoping for a holiday romance that could turn into more.
The Love Island personality hit back though saying: "I do sometimes think I should switch it up sometimes."
However, she insisted: "My entire life is baby right now.
She added: "So soz lol."
This is not the first time she has hit out at mum shamers as she was previously criticised for a 'dangerous' parenting move.
She shared a sweet snap of little Lucia trying baby porridge - and was inundated with messages insisting it's too soon.
