LOVE Island's Nicole Samuel has revealed she was offered a place in the All Stars villa just hours after her split from Ciaran Davies - but sensationally turned it down.
The Sun exclusively revealed last month that 2024 second-place couple Nicole, 24, and Ciaran, 21, had parted ways four months after leaving the villa.
And, with bosses scrambling to put together an All Stars cast, Nicole claims she was given another chance at love almost immediately into her single status.
She told MailOnline at a FakeBake for Blue Monday pop-up party: "I got asked to do it [All Stars] this year, but it is too soon.
"We announced the breakup on the Monday and the next day they were in contact, so it was too soon, I need time to heal.
"I'm not rushing from one thing to another boy. Mentally and physically I couldn't do it. I'm still processing the breakup.
"It's mad watching the people who were in there with me, that was us six months ago. I miss it but it is mad. I'm rooting for season 11 and Elma, she's my girl."
The new series of Love Island All Stars kicked off in South Africa last Monday, featuring a stellar line-up of former islanders.
Nicole, a professional dancer, starred in last year's series and coupled up with rugby player Ciaran.
The couple made it all the way to the final and finished the ITV2 show in second place.
Once they had left the villa, Nicole and Ciaran tried to prove they were the real deal by moving in together straight away.
Nicole even spoke about tying the knot and starting a family with her new boyfriend.
Love Island fans convinced winners Nicole and Ciaran have split after awkward video
She said: “If I didn’t think we were going to get married and have babies one day, we wouldn’t be together, so I’d say that’s definitely on the cards in the future. Ci would be an amazing dad.”
However, in December it was confirmed Nicole and Ciaran had split just four months after appearing on the show.
Fans had started wondering whether the couple had gone their separate ways before The Sun confirmed their break-up.
A rep for the pair told us: “Over the last couple of days Nicole and Ciaran have made the mutual decision to part ways.
“They have left the relationship on amicable terms, and will remain good friends going forward.”
The official announcement came after Nicole unfollowed fellow Welsh star Ciaran on social media.
Fans had also raised concerns after the couple were captured during a very awkward promotional video.
In the ad, Ciaran appeared distant and stiff, a stark contrast to their previously playful and affectionate interactions.
Their followers were quick to point out how forced the video seemed, with many commenting that the chemistry between them was non-existent.
Since their break-up, it has been confirmed that Ciaran has signed up to the new series of Celebs Go Dating.
The star has been offered a decent pay cheque to take part in the forthcoming series of the E4 show and hopes his appearance will 'boost his career'.
An insider said to us: "He's signed a big money, five figure deal to appear on the show next year.
"Nicole isn't best pleased - it's the last thing she wants to see him dating on TV - but she knows it's his choice and will be good for his career."
