LOVE Island's Theo Campbell has shared he's going to become a dad again with his American girlfriend.
The 33-year-old met Olivia Ann Kaiser – who won the third series of the US version of Love Island – while shooting MTV competition series The Challenge.
Now they're planning a whole new adventure with a baby on the way.
In a glam photoshoot set against a mountain and river, Theo and Olivia were seen all in white as they cuddled up with each other overlooking the view.
Another saw Olivia in jeans and a baseball cap with her legs wrapped around Theo's waist as he kissed her, holding the baby scans in her hand.
Others showed the pair looking loved up as Olivia – dressed in a figure-hugging white floorlength gown, cuddled her baby bump as Theo proudly looks on.
They wrote in the shared Instagram pics: "🤍Our sweetest little secret 🤍👶🏽✨🍼🌙…
"We’ve been enjoying some time off the grid — embracing the quiet, the love, and the magic of what’s to come.
"Now it’s time to let you in on the journey…
"Our little one is arriving soon 🤍"
The pair also shared pics of a pinboard declaring: "Our Little Adventure begins December 2025."
Olivia later clarified on her Instagram Stories she was "just shy" of five months pregnant, with her due date December 5th.

This is the couple's first child together, with Theo having a baby boy with influencer Sapphire Yhnell in 2021.
Friends and loved ones of the pair quickly shared their congratulations on the post, with Georgia Harrison sharing: "You two are gonna make amazing parents xx"
Jake Cornish added: "🙌🙌🙌🙌I knew it, wooooooooh love ❤️❤️"
"Congratulations so happy for you both," added Nicole Bass.
The couple first confirmed they were dating back in June 2024, but by that point Olivia had already met Theo's family.
Despite living on opposite sides of the Atlantic, the couple have been making it work with a string of romantic getaways.
