LOVE Island star Sam Taylor has been at his girlfriend's bedside after she suffered a terrifying heart attack.
Sam's influencer girlfriend Em Leah was whisked to hospital in an ambulance after her "heart stopped".
Thankfully, Em pulled through from her brush with death but she has been left in a wheelchair as she slowly recovers.
Em revealed her shocking health scare on Instagram alongside several photos and a video taken in hospital.
One snap shows her arm hooked up to a cannula as her worried mum sits nearby, while the other is a photo of the ceiling that was taken from her hospital bed.
Em also shared a black and white clip of herself being pushed along in a wheelchair by her reality star boyfriend Sam.
She told her followers: "Cardiac arrest and heart stopping on me...was not on today's to do list.
"I'm okay & in the best place. Thank you for all the messages."
Em went on: "Honestly, put so many things into perspective for me and just made me appreciate the little things.
"Just a reminder you never know what's round the corner and you never know when your last day's going to be! Be kind always.
"Just waking up every day, breathing, feeling my heart beat - those are the miracles.
"My body, even after everything, brought me back. And for that, I am in awe of it.
"I am learning to love myself in a way I never did before - not for how 'perfect' I look for how 'together' my life is, but for simply being here. Alive.
"This experience has reminded me how fragile and beautiful life really is. I don't need to control it - I just need to live it, moment by moment, with gratitude."
Thanking Sam, Em added: "Not sure I could've done it without you."
Em's frightening medical emergency comes just days after The Sun told of her relationship with Sam, who found fame in last year's series of Love Island.
Despite lasting just a few days in the villa, Sam made quite the impact when he stood up to Towie star Joey Essex.
Sam then lost his space on the ITV show when bombshell Joey swooped in and stole Samantha Kenny.
This left him single and he was told to pack his bags.
Sam has not been dating Em for long but their relationship is said to be going well.
A source told us: "Sam is in the early stages of a new relationship and things are going really well.
"His mates are joking he's acting different now he's got a missus, he's finally tamed!"
