"We're on good terms."
Love Island star Tasha Ghouri has broken her silence on her split from Andrew Le Page, saying the pair are “on good terms”.
The duo coupled up during the eighth season of the ITV reality show back in 2022, eventually going on to finish in fourth place as they reached the final.
After two and a half years of dating, Andrew confirmed in February that the couple had gone their separate ways, sharing that he would be moving back to Guernsey following the separation.
Tasha, who appeared on the most recent season of Strictly Come Dancing, had remained silent on the break-up, but addressed the split in the comments section on her latest TikTok video as she replied to several messages.
After one fan claimed that Tasha had been spotted on celebrity dating app Raya, the star denied the accusation, explaining: “No, I ended the relationship. There [were] many things behind closed doors.”
After another user remarked that Tasha had kept the couple’s dog Luna, the reality star clarified that they would be sharing their pet, adding that they “both loved her” and would “make it work” despite the distance.
Another comment saw a user praise both Tasha and Andrew for their mutual respect following the break-up, with Tasha responding: “Always will still care for him!! Exactly you said, we're on good terms and don't hate each other x.”
In the post which confirmed the pair’s separation, Andrew termed it as the “end of an era”, saying: “So guys, it's been a pretty crap start to the year and one I didn't expect. However, life goes on and I'm doing everything in my power to stay positive.”
“All the support has meant the world. [I have] cried more times this year than I have my whole life,” he continued, adding that he would find Luna a new garden to “play in” upon his return to Guernsey.
