LOVE Island has been hit with more heartbreak with one couple from the show confirming their split.
Lochan Nowacki, 27, has announced he and Whitney Adebayo, also 27, have called time on their relationship after two years.
Revealing the sad news to fans, Lochan said he and Whitney are "forever grateful" for the support given to them as a couple.
The confirmation comes weeks after fans began speculating that the reality stars had broken up.
Admitting the rumours are true, Lochan said tonight: "Hey guys, unfortunately Whitney and I's relationship has come to an end.
"Thank you for all the love and support that you've show us through our journey, we're forever grateful."
Whitney shared the identical message, only swapping out her name for Lochan's.
The couple had met on the 2023 series of Love Island after Whitney entered the villa as a bombshell.
Whitney coupled up with Lochan and they made it to the final.
Although they were the bookies' favourite to win, they finished in second place.
Earlier this week, Whitney dropped a huge clue that she was no longer in a relationship with Lochan.
In a rather shady TikTok video, she appeared to hint at cheating.

Whitney was seen miming along to the Mariah the Scientist song All For Me and the lyrics, "What does she have on me?".
As she continued looking confused, the words, "She doesn’t wear wigs’ popped up onscreen.
Whitney captioned the post, "Oh yikes", which further added to concern from her fans.
One person commented: “I fear they’ve broken up.”
Another fan on Reddit remarked: “Whitney’s new Tiktok and her cryptic snap stories from a few hours earlier, I think her and Lochan broke up.”
Last month, the pair set tongues wagging that all was not well when Lochan chose to snub the premiere of Whitney's new reality series called Inside, which sees her team up with KSI.
In fact, he failed to post anything in support of Inside.
Whitney had also made a “new beginnings” comment, which caught the attention of fans.
However, at the time, she announced they were living together.
Their break-up isn't the first bump in the road.
Last year, Lochan and Whitney also hit a rough patch and briefly wiped all traces of each other from social media.
