But Loose Women anchor Christine, 45, couldn't resist sharing a sweet snap of them enjoying a day out during their summer break from school.

She and retired footballer Frank, 46, share Patricia, five, and three-year-old Freddie.

In the upload, Freddie could be seen wearing a Chelsea kit - in a sweet nod to his dad's career.

Christine wrote: "Before the rain came! Anyone know how to convince a 3 year old into regular clothes?"

But fans were quick to respond, with one writing: "Freddie has a Chelsea legend for his Daddy - He has great taste . Long may it continue."

And another said: "Never with a footballer Dad."

Midfielder Frank played for Chelsea from 2001 until 2014 and - after retiring in 2017 - returned to the club as manager in 2019.

Christine is currently filling in on Lorraine and last week had Loose Women co-star Linda Robson on the show.

Revealing she wants to bag a role in EastEnders, Linda said: "Oh yeah, I did do one wartime one, Sibby Street, years ago, I played Lou Bill's sister Flo Bill, but I have hinted a few times that even a little cameo role or whatever, but I'd love to play a real b***h.

"Or someone really nasty because I always get light parts."

A smiling Christine then said: "You know it's a funny thing because I thought, she knows it's early morning, she's not allowed to swear for me and you just let a little one slip so I'm sorry if no one likes that word."

Surprised, Linda said: "What the B word?"

Christine quickly jumped in and replied: "Don't say any other words!"
