Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha left viewers questioning whether she has decided to walk away from the ITV daytime programme after sharing a cryptic post.
Doubt has been cast over Nadia Sawalha's future on Loose Women after she shared a cryptic post about "walking away". Last week, Nadia, 60, uploaded a brief video, now removed, showing her walking through the Loose Women studios, The Sun reports. She added the caption: "It's ok to walk away .. but give a little smile as you do ... because soon enough you will realise ...that you only thought you weren't strong enough ... because you were using all your strength to stay."
Since Nadia sparked exit rumours, speculation has mounted over who will step in to replace her if she does decide to bid farewell to Loose Women. And it's Stacey Solomon who has been backed to join the Loose Women panel, according to odds from Card Player. Stacey, 35, is priced at 3/1 to become the show’s next big signing, having previously featured on the panel between 2016 and 2022 before taking a step back from regular TV work.
Betting experts believe producers could be planning a big return for the fan-favourite presenter, as Nadia is now 4/7 odds-on to leave Loose Women before the end of 2025.
While Stacey is frontrunner, Tasha Ghouri and Vicky Pattison also remain in the mix with odds of 6/1 and 7/1 respectively.
Lee Astley, spokesperson for Card Player, said: “Stacey Solomon has long been a favourite among Loose Women viewers and her name being linked to a full-time return amid Nadia Sawalha’s uncertain future has certainly perked the interest of viewers.
“Solomon leads the market at 3/1 to become the next addition to the panel should Nadia – now 4/7 to leave the show this year – decide to step away.
Nadia was an original panellist on Loose Women when it first kicked off in 2000. After taking a hiatus in 2002 to welcome her first child, Nadia returned to the programme in 2013 and has been a staple ever since.
However, her cryptic post has left fans fretting over her potential departure. After Nadia posted the video on social media, worried fans immediately voiced their concerns in the comments section, with one expressing: "Sounds like you are Leaving Loose Women. I hope not."
Another shared: "We love you and we are with you supporting the right side of history is more than any LW stands for and we all should boycott Loose Women if you are not on there."
A third begged: "Don't tell me you're leaving the Loose Women!" while another added: "Oh no, are you leaving LW? I can't imagine how you sat among them for as long as you did."
