So Solid Crew's Lisa Maffia has claimed ex Loose Women star Carol McGiffin was the 'worst celeb she'd ever met'.

The songstress, 45, who appeared on the ITV show in 2019, branded the broadcaster a 'rude a**hole' and  claimed the 64-year-old's relationship with toy boy boyfriend and now husband Mark Cassidy, 43, 'went to her head'.

When asked her worst celeb encounter she told the  Livin' Lavida Loca podcast: 'I know this one. Her name is... what is her frigging name? She's rude you know?'

'She was one of the original panelists on Loose Women, such an a**hole'.

Struggling to remember Carol's name Lisa said: 'She had... she was old, short bob, grey, blondish hair. She had a young boyfriend'.

'So she had really short cropped sort of hair, and she went and started dating some, like, really young guy, and it kind of went to her head. I had to check her'.

After someone in the studio guessed Carol's identity correctly, the rapper continued: 'Yeah. That's it, McGriffin or Griffin, little flippin' gruff, billy goat gruff. Nah, she was rude. I will tell you as it is, don't try me'.

A spokesperson for Carol told MailOnline: 'Carol doesn’t remember meeting her and doesn’t know who she is'.

Carol first met her husband back in 2008 when she was 48 and he was just 26 - before tying the knot in a secret Bangkok ceremony in 2018.

She was previously married to radio and TV presenter Chris Evans. The couple exchanged vows in 1991 before separating three-years later, with their divorce finalised in 1998.

It comes just weeks after Carol launched a blistering attack on the ITV panel show that made her famous.

Last year MailOnline revealed she had been forced to quit after a bizarre radio rant, claiming the Covid pandemic was a World Health Organisation plot to take over every government.

Carol, who appeared on and off the show since its launch in 2000, blasted the programme as being 'very woke' and 'doesn't miss it at all'.

When asked her worst celeb encounter Lisa told the Livin' Lavida Loca podcast: 'I know this one. Her name is... what is her frigging name? She's rude you know?'

Speaking about her dramatic exit, Carol told Women's Own magazine: 'No, I don't miss Loose Women at all. My pronouns are P and Off. It's just very woke and I can't deal with the wokeness.

'That's not why I am not there. I am not there because of other stuff.'

She added she misses her co-stars but 'doesn't miss being on TV'.

MailOnline contacted ITV for comment at the time.

Carol announced in May she had left the lunchtime show, protesting ITV insisted she sign a contract with clauses that were 'totally unjust and unworkable'.

The Mail on Sunday then disclosed a free speech row was at the centre of her departure, after a backlash over her tirade in an interview on TNT talk radio.

In it, the original panelist also accused reputable mainstream news organisations of conspiring to brainwash the public, causing a mass mental health breakdown, after being 'bought off by the Government'.

Carol added she thought the then health secretary Matt Hancock tried to bring in Covid patients from France to fill 'empty hospital beds' in Britain at the height of the pandemic.

ITV chiefs saw a backlash against her diatribe on social media, while others phoned the network to demand that she be sacked.

Carol, who was married to DJ Chris Evans from 1991 to 1998, last appeared on Loose Women on March 2, a week before her TNT Radio interview for The Freeman Report, with James Freeman.
