Lenny Hochstein Stands by Katharina Mazepa Amid 'Gold Digger' Accusations Following Relationship Split tram

Dr. Lenny Hochstein is setting the record straight when it comes to his ex-fiancée, Katharina Mazepa.

After Page Six broke the news of the pair’s breakup, Hochstein took to Instagram to share a picture with his two kids — son Logan, 9, and daughter Elle, almost 5 — whom he shares with his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein.

“Pool day with my favorite Hochsteins,” the swimsuit-clad plastic surgeon, 58, captioned the family photo taken in the backyard of his Miami mansion.

“That girl was a gold digger Lenny I think she was the karma bus.. you and Lisa should get back together,” one commenter remarked beneath the snap

“She was not,” Lenny replied. “I understand some people want to hate her but she wasn’t the problem in my marriage and not once in the time we were together did she ask for a single thing. Everything I did was because I wanted to.”

Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage.

The “Real Housewives of Miami” star, 42, has consistently alleged that Lenny cheated on her with Mazepa, 29, which he has always vehemently denied.

Despite their contentious split, Lenny defended Lisa against another commenter who claimed beneath the same post that the Bravolebrity “has always been a gold-digger wayyyyy before Lenny.”

 
He responded, “Not true.”

Lenny went on to defend both exes simultaneously — as well as himself — after someone suggested he “do some internal work” before dating again because his “choices in women” apparently show how “superficial” he is.

“If you believe beautiful women can’t have depth,” he clapped back. “I’d say you are the one that needs internal work.”

Lenny revealed to us last week that he and Mazepa “recently ended [their] engagement,” as he “decided to move forward with [his] life.”

He insisted that he wished the Austrian model “nothing but the best.”

“I have nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family,” he said, adding that he is “proud of her growth as a woman.”

The doctor made sure to note that he “will be forever grateful for the time [they] spent together.”

Mazepa echoed the sentiments, telling us she and Lenny parted ways “mutually” and “amicably.”

“While we both cherished our time together, we have decided to move forward independently,” she shared.

“I have nothing but gratitude in my heart for the beautiful two years we spent together,” she continued, describing Lenny as “a wonderful person.”

Lenny proposed to the brunette beauty in July 2023 in Ibiza, Spain, after only a year of dating — even though he was still technically married to Lisa.
