Lenny Hochstein is reportedly accusing ex Lisa Hochstein of planting a “listening device” in his vehicle to “monitor” his private convos amid their contentious divorce.
On the latest season of Real Housewives of Miami, Lenny dumped Lisa, and he allegedly moved in with his mistress.
According to documents that were filed on Tuesday, per Page Six, Lenny accused Lisa of placing “at least one” listening device in his vehicle in order to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation.”
He claimed the “actions” of his ex have “compromised the integrity” of the divorce battle, and he had “no knowledge” of what Lisa “gained” by hearing the conversations.
According to Lisa, who spoke to the outlet on Friday, Lenny’s claims are “nonsense.”
“There is no truth to that. It seems as if they are just trying to distract everyone with their lies,” said her rep.
“This court has already sided with Lisa on many of these issues including the lies that are being presented by the woman who broke up their home and family,” the rep continued, alluding to Lenny’s girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa.
The plastic surgeon filed the docs as a response to her ex’s request to push back the hearing that would decide if their prenup is enforceable.
A ruling was decided on March 10, but it is not yet public.
Lisa is challenging the prenuptial agreement, which reportedly requires she leave their Florida property within a month of either party filing for a divorce.
In the show’s latest season, hot-mic footage suggested Lenny was hiding the affair with Katharina while he was still married to Lisa.
Now that they’re separated, Lisa appears to be moving on and was spotted making out with her new man Jody Glidden at a party following the Miami Grand Prix, according to a source speaking to Page Six.
“Lisa and Jody were very affectionate throughout the night,” said the insider, who claimed the pair “stepped outside” at one point for alone time.
“She had Jody take photos of her outside the event, and later joined up with Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan,” the insider continued.
Both couples were seated at different tables but were spotted snapping selfies and dancing as Lauryn Hill made a surprise performance.
“Larsa and Marcus were also making out at the bar late at night,” the source added.
A different insider shared, “It seems like puppy love … They were whispering in each other’s ear all night, and kissed a few times.”
