Lauren Goodger has revealed her plans to finally undergo a breast reduction as she opened up about her severe battle with anxiety on Tuesday. 

The TOWIE star, 37, looked sensational as she took to her Instagram Story in a plunging ivy green and white cross body swimsuit.

Confiding in her followers, Lauren confessed her anxiety has meant she has prevented her from undergoing surgeries and minor treatments. 

However now the star has officially started the steps to have her breasts reduced as she admitted she knows it will be 'healthier' for her not to have them anymore.

She wrote: 'I have suffered tremendous anxiety due to things I've been through which led me to being caffeine and alcohol free but also stopped me being able go abroad on holiday or have surgery or so minor treatments I've been so bad with anxiety...

'I've even had panic attacks having hair dyed... I'm talking when you go through something so traumatic it really changes you and it's effected my life massively! 

'I hate lifts or trains also some days I can't drive on motorway... But today I've spoke to the amazing @simonsmithsurgeon as I want to take the step to get my implants removed in my boobs... 

 

'I do not want them I just need to get this done and I'm terrified but I know it's also much healthier for me and I don't need them anymore. I can't wait for my natural boobs back xxxx'. 

Lauren has always been candid about the many enhancements she has undergone, after she underwent a breast augmentation surgery, transforming her 34D chest size to 34E in 2013. 

Last year, Lauren also admitted she had had a Brazilian bum lift back in 2017, but wanted to get rid of it. 

In an interview with Closer she admitted: 'I wish I'd never had anything, I want it all out. My bum and boobs make me look bigger and cause me pain. I want to reverse it all and go back to natural.'

Yet there is one heartbreaking reason that has prevented Lauren from booking in with a surgeon to to remove her implants as she admitted she is terrified of leaving her daughter Larose, two.

Lauren confessed: 'I'm always looking at surgeons and if I could, I'd get it all taken out today, but the thought of leaving Larose just gives me anxiety.'

Speaking about getting back to her natural look she said she wants to set a good example to Larose, as she admitted she looks like a different person in every photo of herself.

She continued: 'When you have kids, your boobs blow up! I've got lumps and bumps everywhere and it feels heavy and uncomfortable.... My bum is absolutely mahoosive!'

She has also had an incredibly difficult few years after her second daughter passed away just minutes after she was born with her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck in July 2022. 

The star, who is also mother to Larose, two, has since opened up about the heartbreaking loss and said it was the 'most traumatic experience of her life'.

She admitted last month that as time has passed her support system has dropped off and she's never experienced such loneliness.

Telling OK!: 'As time's gone on, after what I went through losing Lorena, people think, "Oh, it's been two years now, she's alright". But it's actually worse because you become lonelier. I've never experienced loneliness like it in my life'.

Lauren said she's lost contact with close friends and explained that while her parents don't see as much of Larose as she would hope, elder sister Nicola is the one always on hand for support.

Telling the publication: 'No one steps up, people have DMed me on Instagram to say 'Exactly the same thing happened to me, as soon as I had this loss [losing a baby] everyone vanished.', I don't know what it does to people, but they step back, they don't step forward'.

She also said how she receives help from with ex, and father of both daughters, Charles Drury, 27, with whom she co-parents however he lives three and a half hours away from her home in Essex.

Saying: 'In an emergency he's unavailable. I meet him twice a week [to pick Larose up and drop her off] halfway'.
