Lauren Goodger spoils daughter Larose with over 50 presents for opulent Christmas ngocc

The Only Way is Essex star Lauren Goodger, 38, has shown off the extravagant Christmas she’s put together for her daughter.

Lauren is mum to three-year-old Larose, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, builder Charles Drury. While the couple co-parent their daughter, it looked like Christmas was just Laurent and Larose, and the reality TV star didn’t hold back in the festivities.

On her Instagram Stories, Lauren first revealed how they’d spent Christmas Eve, sharing a photo of Larose snuggling up on the sofa. “Snacks & Christmas films & matching pjs,” she wrote alongside the adorable snap. Next, she shared a clip off her opulent white Christmas tree. There were piles of prink presents under the tree, and Lauren shared that she’d spent plenty of time and cash on picking them out.

Lauren revealed that her young daughter still had presents to go after one hour of unwrapping

“One very happy baby girl in the morning!! Been buying since Nov, and she had 2 big ones already as she found them,” the Celebrity Big Brother star wrote with a laughing emoji. “I’m a very proud mummy, I’ve done all I can to make 2024 the most magical ever Christmas.”

In another follow-up post, Lauren revealed that getting through the mammoth pile of presents was no easy task. “1 hour done we’re still unwrapping,” she wrote, later adding photos of Larose unwrapping presents and trying out a new toy pony.

Larose and Lauren spent a cosy Christmas at home, but Lauren recently revealed that she’d like to expand their small family. The star’s second daughter Lorena died in July 2022, just two days after she was born. Lauren’s ex-boyfriend Jake McLean also passed away in a car accident days before she lost Lorena.

In an exclusive chat with OK!, Lauren said it feels it’s the right time to have another child, and that she was considering the fostering route. She revealed: “I’ve always known I wanted more. Even when I lost Lorena, it never put me off the idea. If things were different with Charlie, then things would have probably been different by now – I’ve still not moved on or been with anyone else. I was so traumatised by everything that I’ve just shut off and all I could be was a mum. I’m really trying my best to heal and that’s why I’ve not moved on.”

Undeniably, it’s a huge step to adopt or foster a child, so Lauren is giving it a lot of thought and doing lots of research. “There’s adoption and then there’s fostering,” she says. “With fostering, I think about getting really attached to them and then they go back to their home. If I was to do it, it would be a baby or under one-year-old. For Larose to feel more settled, I think she’d have to be the older one – she’s baby obsessed!”

“Larose would love it. The negative to it is it would put a block on me actually dating and getting pregnant because I’d be thinking of the baby and wouldn’t want to be going out. And to meet somebody and then to be like, ‘I’ve got two kids,’ it’s a lot for someone to take on.”
