The Bachelor alum, 33, welcomed her first baby with her husband Mitchell Sagely, also 33, announcing the news on her Instagram Stories. Long shared a photo of her newborn baby in the hospital, placing a white heart emoji to cover her baby's face.

"Hearts are SO full! Just enjoying our first few days as a family with the new BABE!" Long excitedly wrote over the photo. "Will share more soon 🥰."

Long, who competed on season 22 of the popular franchise and appeared on Bachelor in Paradise seasons 5 and 7, announced that she was pregnant and expecting her first baby with Sagely back in October 2024. Sharing a series of photos on her Instagram, Long could be seen posing in a bikini and holding a series of sonogram images, standing alongside Sagely on a beach.

"We have had quite the escapade these past few years but our most exciting adventure is yet to come ✨🫶🏼," Long wrote in her caption. "Baby Sagely due February 2025!!"

Her comments section quickly filled with messages of support from Bachelor Nation, including Sarah Herron, who also recently welcomed her own babies. "Awww wow!! Congratulations!!!" Herron wrote.

In August, Long shared on Instagram that she had eloped with Sagely and moved to Europe. "So I’ve been keeping a little secret these past few years 😉 Days before Mitch and I jumped on a plane to move to Germany we got married in Santa Barbara!" she wrote in her caption.

"It was such a special day surrounded by love with only our immediate family attending," she continued. "It’s been incredibly hard for me to keep our secret and at times I’ve just wanted to shout to the world that I’m Mrs. Sagely!! So finally getting to tell you all is so freeing!"

Ahead of the couple's secret elopement, Long announced her engagement to Sagely in a sweet Instagram carousel in November 2022. She began the set of photos with a snap of her and Sagely embracing while sharing a kiss. She also posted what appeared to be the moment Sagely popped the question while down on one knee.

The reality star included a special photo of their families celebrating the engagement holding up glasses, ending with an image of her beaming as she showed off her ring from Anderson Jewelers.
