In 2023, Kelsey took to Instagram to reveal that she’d be moving to Europe with her boyfriend Matt Thomas, who’s a professional basketball player in the Euroleague.
Now, the couple just took to Instagram to reveal that they’ve taken the next step in their relationship.
Kelsey shared photos of them at the CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa in Arizona and captioned the photos “07.12.25🤍.”

In the photos, Kelsey shows off her gorgeous three-stone ring, and the two are seen celebrating their beautiful proposal.
