Kate and the now-pundit are parents to son Cree, three, and Shae, one, while the WAG is also a step-mum to Rio's children Lorenz, Tate, and Tia, who he shares with his late wife Rebecca - who passed away in 2015.

The happy family enjoyed a luxurious holiday in the Maldives earlier this month to celebrate Rio's birthday.

Kate shared sweet snaps from the celebration, and in another loved-up shot Kate and Rio posed beaming as they embraced one another by the docks.

Kate completed her photo dump with a hilarious clip of her and the Man United alum trying out some yoga exercises.

The funny clip shows the blonde stunner demonstrating the moves first as Rio followed her, but he ended up losing his balance as the couple burst out into laughter.

Not everything went smoothly during the recent family vacation - as their three-year-old son Cree was rushed to hospital with a horror injury.

Former TOWIE star Kate shared the scary news on her Instagram earlier this month as she posted a snap in the back of an ambulance with her toddler but didn't say how he'd got the injury.

She wrote over the top: 'We ended a fabulous trip with a broken collar bone. My boy just always gets injured!!
