Jenn Tran exclusively revealed to Page Six that her next “Dancing With the Stars” routine will be set to an “emotional” song by Taylor Swift.
The “Bachelorette” alum – who is competing with pro partner Sasha Farber – will be performing the dance number during next Tuesday’s Dedication Night.
“This is going to be the best night of my life, the best week of my life, just like dancing to this song over and over,” Tran raved, while jumping up and down in excitement.
“I’m dedicating it to Taylor Swift and anybody who knows me knows I’m the biggest friggin’ Swiftie ever. I’m over the f–king moon about this.”
She added, “I’m really excited to be here and to learn how to dance is a dream in and of itself. To be here and to learn how to dance and to dance to a Taylor Swift song, like, I’m gonna cry.”
Tran wasn’t allowed to reveal what that song is just yet. However, she told Page Six that it’s “an emotional” one that she and Farber will likely be teasing via TikTok very soon.
“It’s a very personal song that I’ll be dancing to,” she shared. “It’s a very personal story and I think a lot of people will relate to it.”
As for whether Farber will be getting into character as Swift’s NFL star boyfriend, Travis Kelce, for Dedication Night?
“No, it’s a different message … it’s a great song,” the pro dancer teased, hinting at more clues to the yet-to-be-revealed track.”
Tran joined Season 33 of the dance competition show just days after fans witnessed her heartbreaking season finale of “The Bachelorette” and “After the Final Rose” special, which ended in Devin Strader breaking off their engagement and allegedly “ghosting” her.
She made her premiere night debut with an empowering cha cha set to Miley Cyrus’ self-love anthem, “Flowers,” and has been impressing judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli ever since.
During Tuesday’s Hair Metal Night – which featured KISS rocker Gene Simmons as a guest judge – Tran and Farber received a combined score of 31/40 for their paso doble to “The Final Countdown” by Europe.
“I feel amazing,” Tran told us after her performance. “I was in a mood all day, I was in my head, like, ‘I don’t know if I’m going to pull this off.’ Last second I was honestly like, ‘F–k this, I’m just gonna lay it all out there,’ and I really felt like [I did].”
“It’s very rare for me to be so happy about a performance because I’m so critical of myself,” she continued.
“But today, I’m like, ‘I don’t even care what anybody says’ … I feel like I did my best and I feel so good about it. It’s the best run we’ve done all week.”
Tran also joked about channeling “wild Jenn” from her college days while stepping into character for the rock ’n’ roll-themed episode.
“Wild Jenn has been locked in a box since college,” she said, laughing. “I mean, listen, she just likes to have a good time, whatever that means. No limits, no boundaries.”
