Jack P. Shepherd poses for first picture on Corrie set after winning CBB – as co-star says he’s full of ‘hot tea’ trucc

He has officially returned to the Rovers Return

JACK P. Shepherd has posed for his first picture on the set of Coronation Street after winning Celebrity Big Brother.

It came as his long-time ITV co-star admitted that the actor is full of 'hot tea.'

He posed with his longtime co-star Samia Longchambon on the set of the Rovers

Jack, 37, has played the role of David Platt for decades on Coronation Street.

He first appeared in the serial drama back in 2000 as the young son of the long-suffering Gail Platt (Helen Worth).

Samia Longchambon, 42, joined the soap in the very same year as Maria Connor and has starred on the show ever since.

After Jack's triumph over five of his fellow housemates on Celebrity Big Brother, the duo finally reunited on set.

On the cobbles, the pair work together in David's grandmother Audrey's (Sue Nicholls) hair salon.

The actress took to social media as she posted a selfie from the set of the iconic Rovers Return.

She beamed from ear to ear as she posed next to her longtime colleague.

Jack gave off one of his signature smirks as he was dressed in a casual grey denim overshirt.

Her post caption read: "He’s back.. and full of hot tea! Missed ya @jackpshepherd88 #winner."

A clear reference to Jack's infamous love of tea in the social experiment house.

This was alongside a string of emojis which included a house, a cup trophy and various sweet emotions.

Fans flooded the comments section as they gushed about the pair posing together.

One fan gushed: "Ah that is a fantastic and fab picture of you with Jack P Shepherd on the set on Coronation Street there Samia. Absolutely totally well done to Jack there indeed."

A second exclaimed: "My fav corrie hairdressers are back."

"Welcome back winner," stated a third fan.

While someone else joked: "Jacky TEA Shepherd our winner."

And a fifth sarcastically added: "At long last. Good sense of humour is back on the street."

This comes after Jack returned to work on the set of Corrie just days after his victory.

On X, one fan shared how multiple cast members stopped their cars for selfies with them near the show's Salford set.

Among them was Jack, fresh off his big win in the live final of ITV's second instalment of Celebrity Big Brother.
