Sarah has previously praised Vito as a dance partner and said they make a great match as they are both 'hyper'.

Speaking to The Times, the 53-year-old said: 'We're well matched because we're both quite hyper — he keeps telling me to stand still and listen.'

She added: 'You're in a very unique situation where you have four days to learn a really hard dance from this person, you're seeing each other when you're exhausted, having a laugh together, going a bit crazy together, and those moments bond you in a very different way to any other relationship that I can explain.

'You could either have the romance or the dancing, but not the energy for both. But obviously, it helps gazing into his gorgeous face.'

It Takes Two airs exclusively on BBC One and iPlayer.
