Inside Strictly Come Dancing couple Dianne Buswell and Joe Suggs' huge mansion liennhi

Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell has previously given her fans a glimpse into the sprawling Sussex mansion she shares with her YouTube star boyfriend, Joe Sugg.

In 2023, the pair traded their four-bedroom detached house, which was on the market for £1.35million, for a newly-acquired five-bedroom property in Brighton, valued at a staggering £3.5million. The property was formerly owned by footballer Lewis Dunk of Brighton and Hove Albion.

The impressive 7,741 square foot home boasts five bathrooms, six reception rooms, a double staircase, an open-plan kitchen and lounge with views of their expansive garden, an indoor heated swimming pool, and a gym.

It's easy to see why Dianne was eager to show off her home to her 1M Instagram followers. Dianne, 35, has been in a relationship with Joe for seven years after they met on the BBC dance show in 2018.

The home is tastefully decorated in a neutral colour scheme, with a plethora of cosy soft furnishings that give it a warm and inviting feel. The living room is particularly appealing, featuring an open fire, a large flat-screen television, and a spacious sofa.

Dianne and Joe's open plan dining space has been meticulously designed, featuring a stunning modern chandelier that cascades above their expansive wooden table, which comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. It's abundantly clear that the couple are content in their idyllic Brighton home.

Dianne endured a challenging period during her stint on Strictly Come Dancing in 2023, as rumours of a breakup and talks about her friendship with celebrity dance partner Bobby Brazier added pressure. However, the situation was further complicated when Bobby openly expressed his affection for Dianne. Those close to the professional dancer say she was "devastated" by online commentary.

A confidant spoke to the Mirror explaining: "The cruel remarks she has read about her relationship with Bobby - who has been really supportive - have hit her hard. Her and Joe are still very much together and he has also been very supportive, and made it clear publicly that he has her back."

Bobby shared last year: "I could speak about Dianne all day. She's just a diamond - you know what, I'm falling in love with her. She's just great. I feel very lucky." To quash the buzzing rumours, Dianne used social media. In November of the previous year, she posted a photo of herself and Joe cooking dinner, along with a heartfelt message: "Joe you are the best roaster of the potato the world's ever seen, I love you so much more than I even did before!".

Dianne has openly shared her dreams of motherhood alongside her partner Joe. During a candid Q&A session with her followers on social media, the topic of kids inevitably popped up. Dianne confessed that while she delights in being an aunt to two lovable little ones, she certainly harbours hopes for a brood of her own. She expressed: "We love being aunt and uncle for our beautiful nieces and nephew for now, but yes one day we would love it."

The professional dancer lifted the Glitterball trophy during the last series of Strictly Come Dancing. Dianne said she was "so overwhelmed with the kindness of people" after winning the long-running BBC series with comedian Chris McCausland in December.

The pair won the public vote and made Strictly history as Chris became the first blind winner in the BBC One show’s 20-year history. She wrote on Instagram the day after the final, saying she is “forever grateful for the friendship I have gained in such an incredible person (Chris)”, and also wrote to fans: "I’m still so overwhelmed with the kindness of people and the support you have shown us throughout this whole thing thank you all so so much."

Dianne's parents travelled from Australia to watch her in the studio, and she said that them seeing her lift the glitterball trophy was “just magical”. “This really was a moment that I’ll never forget in my life,” she said.

Praising her partner Chris, she recalled that the 47-year-old comedian, born in Liverpool, started the competition having never listened to the show, and she had to change her teaching style from being “visually” based.

“It blew my mind even more when I actually started to explain things out loud, I had so much more appreciation for everything,” Dianne wrote. “My teaching style was 90% visual, I wouldn’t want to teach in a room without mirrors because it was the way I perfected things.

“With Chris we had to find different ways of making it work. And this is what Chris is brilliant at, he is a problem solver and he taught me to think outside the box. Just because there’s an obstacle in the way doesn’t mean you can’t get to the destination successfully. I am forever grateful for the friendship I have gained in such an incredible person, he says I changed his life but likewise I see things in a different way now and I’m forever grateful.”
