Imrul Hassan Announces Exit from Summer House After 1 Season: 'I Know, Shocking!' tram

Imrul Hassan is saying goodbye to Summer House.

In a post shared on his Instagram Story on June 18, Hassan announced the news, saying he "meant to share this last week but with everything going on, the timing didn't feel quite right."

"I've decided not to return for another season of Summer House — I know, shocking!" he quipped, making a nod to the drama he found himself involved in during the season 9 reunion. "It was an incredible opportunity and I truly had a lot of fun."

"I won't drag this out, but I want to say thank you all for your support — and for supporting my foundation as well," Hassan continued, referencing English Schools for Generational Change, which he had been fundraising money for. "A special shoutout to my castmates for their generous donations and for helping spread the word."

Hassan concluded his message by writing, "Overall, it was a really good experience. Would recommend." He signed his note with: "Much love, Imrul Beast."

The announcement comes amid a casting shakeup on the hit Bravo show.

Paige DeSorbo and Lexi Wood recently announced their departures from the series following the season 9 finale, which aired in June.

DeSorbo, 32, was the first to confirm she would not be back for season 10.

"I have a little life update for you: I've made the decision not to return to Summer House," fashion influencer announced via her Instagram Stories on June 5. "Being part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable.

"You've seen me grow up over these last 7 summers,” she continued. “I'll always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me. But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it's time for this chapter to close."

She went to thank her costars, fans and “my NBCU family.” She added, “I never could've imagined what this journey would turn into — and how many of you would be along for the ride. And you haven't seen the last of me, I promise. So much more to do together, but for now you know you can always find me and Daphne in my bed."

Wood announced her exit from the series just one day after DeSorbo shared her news.
Wood, 26, announced that she was leaving the series after one season on June 6.

“Well… That wasn’t the summer I signed up for but it definitely taught me a lot,” the model shared on her Instagram Stories. “I stood up for women and for what’s right. Even when it wasn’t easy and I’d do that again in a heartbeat.”

“I’m leaving Summer House with no regrets (well… maybe one 😉),” she continued, referring to her ex and former castmate Jesse Solomon. “I’m proud of the way I handled myself, proud of what I walked away from, and even prouder of what I’m walking toward. Big things are coming! Stay tuned! 💋✨”
