I’m a Strictly expert – Tasha WON’T win but Aljaz is to blame ngocc

A Strictly Come Dancing expert has claimed Tasha Ghouri won't win the BBC show despite topping the leaderboard on Saturday night.

Dr. Jill Rose Jacobs has a rich background in dance education and movement - and has found a fatal flaw between Tasha and Aljaž Skorjanec.

A former professor at NYU's department of Performing Arts Professions, she has her doubts that Tasha and Aljaž can make the final after spotting a missing element between them.

Speaking to The Sun on behalf of BetVictor Casino, Dr. Rose questioned whether Tasha, who shot to fame on reality show Love Island, could deliver depth and emotional intensity in her performances.

She said: "I noticed already the very first time I saw her on camera, those legs, of course, she is absolutely beautiful.

"For me, I don't know if she has the depth to pull through, taking the audience on the journey.

"Because she's light. She's beautiful. She's got those moves. She's got that sexiness. She knows she's gorgeous.

"She dances like a beautiful woman with confidence.

"Does she have the darkness? Can she pull us into this really sexy space in the Paso Doble, you know, with a connection with her partner?"

Dr. Rose noted that the pair lacked chemistry, but she also admitted that this could grow.

She said: "The other thing is, I don't see a connection with her partner. It may happen.

"I don't see the chemistry between them. There is a professional respect. I don't see the chemistry that I see in Pete Wicks and Jowita, who need a chaperone."

Despite this the Love Island star shot to the top of the leaderboard on Saturday night after their cha cha to Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter.

The pair scored an impressive 30 points, making them joint with Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola.

However, fans thought it was unfair as Tasha had a history of dance training before the BBC series, attending a dance college.

Tasha isn’t the first celebrity to be hit with fix claims – the same was said about theatre performer Layton Williams last year.

And Tasha has hit back, saying: “When you’re in the studio, the glitterballs and the ballroom floor it’s like a whole new world".

Aljaž has clinched the Glitter Ball prize once - with Liverpudlian model and TV presenter Abbey Clancy during the first all-female final in Strictly history back in 2013.
