Villa newcomer turns on the devilish charm and helps send Harrison and Lauren packing
LOVE island's new bombshell dated fellow reality star and Towie hunk Dan Edgar just weeks before she entered the villa.
Angel Swift, 26, made her show debut on July 17 and quickly caused chaos – stealing Ty Isherwood from Lauren Wood which left her dumped from the island.
Who is Angel Swift?
Angel is an aesthetics practitioner and salon owner from Maidstone, but before signing up to Love Island Angel was said to have been dating Dan, 35, following his split from co-star Ella Rae Wise, 25.
She describes herself as a “20 out of 10” and says she’s ready to turn heads.
Even before stealing Ty from Lauren the blonde beauty said shw would "like to get to know Ty and see what he’s about".
Angel has been single for a year and says she’s going into the villa with the hope of finding a serious relationship.
She gushed: “It’s an amazing opportunity to make new connections and have new experiences.
"I’m ready to make memories with someone, go travelling with them and fall in love.”
When it comes to her type, Angel is looking for the classic “tall, dark and handsome,” with muscles, a nice smile, and a strong sense of humour.
She added: “Someone that’s family orientated and very needy for me."
Angel also made it clear she’s not afraid to step on toes.
“Breaking up another couple? That is what’s going to happen, so it’s quite exciting really,” she said.
What happened next?
Well, she was certainly true to her word.
After Angel entered the villa, Ty received a text telling him he’d been automatically coupled up with the newest Islander.
The twist unfolded during the Couple of Sorts game, where the Islanders were asked to predict which three boys Angel would find most attractive.
Conor was placed third, Harry second, and Ty was voted her top choice.
Ty then received a text informing him he had been automatically coupled up with Angel.
As a result, Lauren – who had previously been coupled up with Ty – was left single and was immediately sent a text telling her she had been dumped from the villa.
