EXCLUSIVE: TikTok sensation GK Barry has lifted the lid on what it's like to work on Loose Women after joining the panel last month as the new youngest member of the cast

GK Barry has opened up about a sweet off-air moment she shared with her Loose Women co-star before debut.

Last month, the TikTok star – whose real name is Grace Keeling – strutted her stuff onto the ITV set for the first time. And it didn’t take long before fans fell in love with her online.

The internet sensation appeared as cool and collected as ever as she discussed some of the biggest stories hitting the headlines with her fellow panellists. But what fans may not know is that she was very nervous before she walked into the studio.

Now, in an exclusive interview with Daily Star – ahead of Tequila Rose’s Pink Gala in the heart of Manchester – the blonde bombshell has lifted the lid on what it’s like to work on the afternoon chat show. Speaking about her time on the show, she gushed: “I have absolutely loved doing Loose Women.

“Don’t get me wrong, I was nervous the first time I went on, but everyone was so lovely from the producers to the other panellists.” She went on to share how comforting and supportive her co-stars were ahead of her first show.

Grace told us: “Denise has been amazing as I knew her before. So, she was really lovely.

“Everyone I have met on the show has been great. I was sat next to Coleen for the first show, and I said to her that I was nervous.

The blonde bombshell admitted she was "nervous" before she walked on stage

“She had this lovely chat with me, and it really helped calm my nerves.”

The star explained that producers wanted her to embrace her bubbly personality on screen – despite often having no filter.

When asked about their advice before the show, she revealed: “I was just told to be myself from the first episode and that’s what I have done.” The star added that she’s “not been told off yet” and is set to return to the ITV show once more later this month.

The TV personality added: “I really enjoyed doing the show and I’m back on later this month.” It comes as the star collaborates with Tequila Rose for their upcoming Pink Gala.

Tequila Rose Brand Manager Sophie McLeay added: “We are super excited to be painting Manchester pink and throwing our first ever Tequila Rose Pink Gala. Grace is the perfect host to wrap up our endless pink summer, with a night of elegance, glamour and of course THE PINK DRINK.

“To honour our brand fans, we have released an exclusive competition to give members of the public a chance to win tickets to the pinkest event of the year.”
