But even more jaw-dropping than the reveal that she was dating the man who filed for divorce from her? The close-up shot of Alexia's engagement ring from happier days with Todd.
As fans saw in the RHOM Season 7 premiere, the camera zoomed in on the sparkling accessory in a flashback to one of the couple's celebrations.
Her engagement ring features a dazzling emerald cut diamond and simple setting, and she offset its drama with a slim, glittering band on her pinky.
Alexia completed her look that night with fiery orange-red nail polish that matches her vibrant personality and enhanced her jewelry's tasteful glamour.
Of course, this isn't the first time Alexia's rocked the exquisite diamond. It's same one she first showed off in a since-deleted Instagram post announcing their engagement, and she gave The Daily Dish a close-up from home in an exclusive May 2020 interview you can watch in the video above.
Will she continue wearing it throughout RHOM Season 7 as she and Todd navigate their new normal? Only time will tell.
What is the status of Alexia Nepola's relationship with Todd Nepola?
Alexia and Todd got engaged in 2019, married in 2021, and began divorce proceedings in April 2024. However, the flame between them never quite went out.
At Bravo Fan Fest in Miami, Alexia confirmed she was not dating anyone and was still wearing her wedding ring more than six months after Todd filed.
In March 2025, Alexia revealed to PEOPLE that the on-again, off-again couple had officially legally divorced, but planned to continue their relationship.
"We continue to love and support each other as we navigate this next chapter," said the RHOM cast member, continuing "We appreciate the understanding, love, and support from our family, friends, and fans."
Alexia Nepola defends reconciling with Todd Nepola
On the June 11 Season premiere of RHOM, Marysol confronted Alexia about her reconciliation with Todd after reading about it in the press.
"I've been kind of hesitant to tell anybody," Alexia explained. "I'm not embarrassed about it. I'm not ashamed because I really do love Todd and I'm in love with Todd."
"It's hard not to give Todd another chance," she added in a confessional. "It's hard not to see Todd or talk to Todd when I'm in love with him. I just feel like Todd and I are not finished."
