Kendall Jenner is one good secret keeper.
The model, 28, was excited to meet Golden Bachelor star Gerry Turner when he stopped by her mom Kris Jenner's house for a special viewing of the ABC show last fall. But the visit took a turn when Kendall accidentally saw something on Gerry's phone that she shouldn't have.
In a teaser for the June 6 episode of The Kardashians, Kendall said in a confessional that she saw "some things that I shouldn't have seen" on Gerry's phone. However, the 72-year-old Bachelor Nation star is finally setting the record straight.
The retired restaurateur told TMZ that Kendall and Kris, 68, were calling his daughter on his phone when they spotted one of his contacts: Theresa Nist — who, at that point, was one of several women vying for his heart on the still-airing season of The Golden Bachelor.
They saw Nist's contact information, including her name, phone number and a contact photo, Gerry shared. But Kendall and Kris stayed tight-lipped about what they learned, never spoiling the ending, which didn't air until December 2023.
Gerry told the outlet that within minutes of being at Kris' house, the women had realized who he'd proposed to this season, but said they were "inclusive" and "gracious."
In the teaser for the visit, Kendall said she was "the most excited I've been in a really long time," as she and her mom got ready to welcome Gerry to their home.
As for how the visit had been arranged, Kendall revealed, "My mom pulled some strings and got Gerry to come over for dinner."
In November, following the dinner and watch party, Gerry told Entertainment Tonight that it was a "pretty cool" night and Kris had "invited" him over.
"We kind of traded off. I got to spend an evening with her and I asked her if she would do a shoutout to the women on the show — especially to Susan [Noles] who is kind of her look-alike."
He also shared that Kendall's boyfriend, Bad Bunny, was there, too. The singer was "very low-profile" when Gerry arrived at Kris' home, "and he introduced himself as Benito." Eventually, the musician let on who he was as he told Gerry, "Yeah, I'm Bad Bunny and I was on Saturday Night Live two nights ago."
While Kendall and Kris kept Gerry's secret, his relationship with Theresa was short-lived. The pair got engaged on The Golden Bachelor, wed in a live televised ceremony in January and then announced their divorce three months later.
The former couple told Good Morning America that they'd "come to the conclusion mutually that it's probably time for us to dissolve our marriage," as they couldn't agree on where to live due to their dedication to their families.
