Ferne McCann showed off her impressive ice skating skills while Dan Edgar practised some daring lifts ahead of their stint on Dancing On Ice.
The Only Way Is Essex stars as set to battle it out on the rink when the hit ITV show, kicks off in January and have been undergoing gruelling training sessions.
Ferne, 34, who is partnered with Brendyn Hatfield, wrapped up against the chill in a white fleece and black leggings.
Professional Brendyn was seen lifting her into the air at one point while moving gracefully across the ice.
Elsewhere, Dan, 34, and his partner Vanessa James Amoros were laser-focused while practicing their routine both on and off the ice.
The TV personality wore a white quarter zip and black jogging bottoms for another long day of rehearsals.

Speaking to MailOnline at the Pride Of Britain Awards, Ferne lifted the lid on her worries about taking part in the ITV competition.
She said candidly: 'Everyone has said to me "Oh can you ice skate?" and I've found it a really difficult question to answer. No I can't ice skate, I've done the odd Winter Wonderland with Sunday.
'I'm normally bending over a penguin trying to keep her up. I'm fit right, I like to work out, but this is a whole different ball game and it's challenging.
'I can ice skate now after my two weeks training are very much underway and it's really fun and it's great to learn a new skill.'
The reality TV star added: 'It's just challenging. I've been watching on YouTube and scrolling through the Dancing On Ice Instagram and I just want to focus day by day instead of looking because it throws me off.
'In my mind, where I am now, I can't see how I'm going to get to show live ready. It doesn't compute.'
Ferne explained that she's balancing parenting well as the training only takes up two hours per day, five days a week.
She commented: 'Sunday's in school you know, my mum has Finty so its quite a nice balance and I get to train at Chelmsford ice rink so it's local.'

After he was revealed to be taking part Dan said: 'I'm looking forward to it but the thought of the live shows and performing is very real.
'I like to think I can ice skate a little bit but I'm a terrible dancer so that bit is going to need some work.'
In March it was revealed Holly Willoughby has been offered a lucrative deal by ITV bosses to return to host Dancing On Ice next year in a bid to keep her at the channel.
For the first time in 20 years the presenter will not be contracted for a show on the channel, leaving the door open for their rivals to swoop in and hire her.
But The Mail on Sunday revealed that the programme will be back for another season, and that they are already in talks with Holly about her anchoring it alongside Stephen Mulhern in a clear sign to other broadcasters to keep their hands off of their star.
A source close to the show said: 'Dancing On Ice is definitely coming back in 2025 and the plan is that Holly will host it.
'Contracts are being negotiated but the chiefs love her and they know that there are others who would love to sign her up but ITV love her and they want to keep her very much part of the ITV furniture for years to come.

'Holly has a real fondness for the show, it really catapulted her career from a children's presenter into grown up television so ITV very much hope that she will agree to the deal.'
Sources say that the upper echelons of ITV are also looking at other big shows that she can present after she quit This Morning after 14 years last October following a plot to kidnap and murder her as the BBC are said to be determined to hire her to host more of their programmes.
Meanwhile, skate experts Jane Torvill and Christopher Dean are said to be 'super keen' for the show to return because their tour to celebrate 50 years of skating together will start shortly after next year's series ends.
A friend of the Olympic champions said: 'Dancing On Ice will nicely segue into their tour so they are really keen to return next year. It all falls perfectly into place for them.'
