Exclusive: Watch as Towie’s Ella says relationship with Dan Edgar is ‘really good’ – hours before split and ‘flirty’ CBB scenes liennhi

TOWIE star Ella-Rae Wise said her relationship with Dan Edgar was ‘really good’ just hours before their split and filming ‘flirty’ CBB scenes. 

Ahead of her CBB debut, Towie stunner Ella, 24, confirmed she and Dan, 34, had called time on their romance after first getting together in January last year.

But hours before, she met with best pals Dani Imbert and Freddie Bentley and said things were “really good” between them. 

The trio take their dogs for a walk and catch up on everything, and the episode will air this coming Sunday. 

During the conversation, Freddie asks: "What about you and Daniel? How’s my favourite little couple? My little Della Bella!"

To which Ella replies: “We’re good,” before saying: “No, we’re really good,” when Freddie says: “Are you good? What, just good or more than good?”

Freddie tells Ella she has a glow, to which the reality star fired back: “Oh p*** off Fred, you’re doing my head in. Yeah walk all over your dad Queenie.” 

Freddie says: “No, but I just love yous. I feel like I haven’t seen yous together, like I haven’t been part of Della.”

Ella then reveals that she and Dan have actually been house hunting for him, leading Dani to question: “Oh my god, yeah. How’s that going for him?” 

Ella tells her best friend it’s going well but insists they’re not moving in together, as she “won’t leave her pink palace for no one.” 

She adds: “No, we’ve been going house hunting cos obviously James and Dan are moving in together.”

Freddie presses: “Is there a spare room,” and Ella tells him there will be a couple. 

A delighted Freddie says: “So I’ve got my own bedroom again?”

But soon after, it was revealed that Ella and Dan had split up. 

Friends who know Ella have told The Sun of their shock at the romance coming to an end, adding that they “didn’t see it coming,” adding: “Especially as she filmed her CBB interview before the split with Dan.” 

On CBB, Ella was quizzed on her relationship status by housemates Angellica Bell and JoJo Siwa, who were shocked to learn how recent she and Dan had broken up.

She told them: "It was a week ago."

As she started to sob, presenter Angellica, 49, said: "I knew something wasn't right."

Ella replied: "I just feel like an idiot because I knew he wasn't going be what I wanted him to be.

"I don't want to waste years trying to change someone. It doesn't mean we can't be friends, because we can."

Ella exclusively confirmed she and Dan had split when speaking to The Sun before entering the CBB house.

She claimed: “We are not together. And it's really, really sad that we're not together. We split up a week ago. 

“It has nothing to do with Big Brother. It was a decision that I had to make because I didn't feel that we were getting things that we wanted out of each other.

“We can be best friends, but if something's missing, what are we wasting our time for? 

“I just feel that he's very set in his ways and I can't change someone and I can't expect someone to change either. 

“And if he's comfortable in how he is and if he thinks what he gives in a relationship is enough, that's okay because that can be enough for someone. But it's just not enough for me."

Fans are convinced Ella will hit it off with Love Island's Chris Hughes in the house, predicting a new reality TV romance.
