It was the split that rocked the cast of TOWIE.
When Harry Derbridge and Joe Blackman called time on their romance, Harry was left heartbroken and naturally turned to his bestie and cousin Amy Childs for support.
The drama that followed was unparalleled as Joe struck up a romance with Harry's former pal, Junaid Ahmed and left the audience in shock and the cast divided.
The likes of Dani Imbert and Saffron Lempriere attempted to play peacemaker, hearing both sides of the story – that was until Joe called Dani every name under the sun and she fell out with both him and Junaid – whereas the rest of the cast are very much Team Harry.
And who could forget that awkward AF dinner party from the Christmas special? Complete with shady secret Santas, catty remarks and a LOT of tears.
But it turns out that Amy believes Joe and Junaid have done her BFF a favour and during an exclusive chat with Closer she spilled all the tea.
'I have never seen him look so amazing,' she admitted and seeing as these two have known each other since, well ever, that's quite a statement.
'It has been a big change,' she went on, '[Joe and Junaid] have done him a favour. The glow up is for real.'
'I wouldn’t say it is the heartbreak diet,' she added, 'his mindset is great.'
To be fair, all Harry does at the moment is go to the gym and post hot mirror selfies, as he should; if we looked that good after a devastating year we would also be sharing countless thirst traps.
Amy continued, 'He is training and eating healthily. He is looking amazing.'
