THE brother of an OG Towie castmember will make his debut on the upcoming series, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
Towie will return for series 35 in autumn when the show moves back to its original channel ITV2 following the closure of ITVBe.
And that’s not the only change as Amy Childs’ brother Billy has joined the cast.
An insider told The Sun: “Over the last 15 years, Towie has always featured the cast’s family and friends.
“The cast and producers are happy that Amy’s brother has featured in the upcoming series.”
Fans of Amy - who was one of the original stars of Towie when it debuted in 2010 - will remember Billy’s appearance in her spin-off reality show It’s All About Amy.
The series, which aired on Channel 5 in 2011, featured him working on their family flower stall in Romford with dad Billy.
Billy Junior was also a keen singer at the time and one of the scenes from It’s All About Amy showed his disappointment when she was unable to attend one of his gigs in a local pub.
Meanwhile Amy, who is engaged to boyfriend Billy Delbosq, has teased fans about what else they can expect from the new series.
Speaking at a recent ITV launch, she said: "I think for the show, I think people absolutely love it. Everyone's got a bit of everything in it. Drama, fun," Amy said.
"I think for me, I'm not really involved with the drama.
"I don't like drama. How many kids have I got? Four kids.
"I'm not involved in any drama. I love it. I love filming. I was there from day one, I'm back.
"I came back five years ago, it was the best thing I ever did. I'm looking forward to everyone seeing it."
