Adrienne Maloof's ex-husband, Paul Nassif, is sharing a brand new update on his adorable family.
Dr. Paul Nassif's family is only getting cuter now that he and his wife, Brittany Pattakos, welcomed their son, Paul Jr. into the world in January.
The Los Angeles plastic surgeon has three adult sons with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, Adrienne Maloof, and is the dad to two young children with Brittany, including their 4-year-old daughter, Paulina Nassif.
Paul took to Instagram on Monday, March 17, where he revealed that his 3-month-old son was celebrating a very special milestone — his first St. Patrick's Day. In the photo, the dad of five can be seen standing next to his 18-year-old son with Adrienne, Christian Nassif, while he held Paulina as she wore a green dress and smiled for the camera. Paul, on the other hand, held a sleeping Paul Jr. in his arms, who looked so adorable with his full head of dark hair, wearing his pajamas.
Paul then took to the caption of the post, where he noted that he was a "proud dad" of all three children in the picture, even if Paul Jr. couldn't keep his eyes open for the big day. "Paul Jr.'s 1st St. Patrick's Day!" he wrote in the caption of the post. "He didn't get the green memo, but no pinches were given."

Earlier in the month, Paul took to Instagram, where he shared how his infant son, Paul Jr., is growing up so fast. In the photo, Paul and Brittany can be seen standing next to one another in front of the most stunning sunset as Paul held the baby (who finally wore some green) in his arms.
Paul marveled in the caption of the post just how fast time has flown since Brittany gave birth in early January. "Can't believe Paul Jr. is already 7 weeks old!" he wrote.
