DWTS judge Loraine Barry called the performance 'absolutely beautiful'

Each celebrity couple is being scored by an expert panel of judges and the viewing public at home, with the winning couple claiming the much-coveted glitter ball trophy at the end of the series.

And back judging the competition were Loraine Barry, Brian Redmond and Arthur Gourounlian and newcomer Karen Byrne.

Social media star Kayleigh Trappe and her pro partner Ervinas Merfeldas were the first couple to impress the judges tonight.

The dancing duo danced a gorgeous Viennese Waltz to the tune of Timeless by Megan Trainor.

The Monoghan star looked the part in a beautiful baby pink gown with a faux fur trim skirt a chiffon sleeves.

While Ervinas matched in a pink shirt and black satin waist coat.

The pair gave it their all as they glided around the dance floor effortlessly.

And the hard work definitely paid off after the judges were left blown away by their performance.

Brian Redmond said: "The movement was beautiful and you captured the style of the Viennese Waltz so effortlessly. A great night for you overall, well done."

Karen Byrne added: "I absolutely loved it it looked like you were both just at ease going around the floor. For a Viennese Waltz that was a solid one."

Loraine Barry was completely impressed as she remarked: "It was absolutely beautiful and it set the whole scene for everybody here.

"It truly was beautiful and it was so beautiful I have a negative and the negative is, please do more in the closed parts, because it was absolutely stunning."

While Arthur Gourounlian gushed: "That was nothing short of magical. It was truly timeless, you embraced it with grace and elegance."

And Kayleigh and Ervinas were left totally shocked when they received a high score of 29.

'BALLROOM QUEEN'
An emotional Kayleigh immediately exclaimed: "I feel like I'm going to cry.

"I just know that Loraine is the ballroom queen and to hear that feedback is just great, I am just so happy with the score."

Meanwhile, Olympic gold medalist Rhys McClenaghan and partner Laura Nolan blew the judges away as they danced the tango to Tanguera by Sexteto Mayor.

Loraine Barry was moved to tears as she watched the pair perform her own choreography from years previous.

She said: "Well, Reece and Laura, this gets very personal for me because that's my music and some of those moves are my moves that I did at the World Superstars.

"I feel very emotional towards that tonight and you did it sublimely. The character, the drama, and yet the stillness was in there. You gave it socks."

While Arthur told the pair: "The opening was so hot and I literally can feel the passion from you. Keep going because you truly have what it takes."

The firey duo earned an incredible score of 32 as they topped the leader board for a second time this series.
