Emma Slater and Alan Bernsten Seemingly Confirm Relationship Rumors with Steamy Kiss During DWTS Tour tram

Emma Slater and Alan Bersten just ended their tour with a bang!

The Dancing with the Stars pros wrapped DWTS: Live! 2025 on Saturday, April 19. During their final performance together, the pair appeared to confirm their relationship — after months of romance rumors — with an onstage kiss.

DWTS fan Callie Justine captured the steamy and unexpected moment at the closing performance in Rosemont, Ill. She dubbed the kiss between Slater, 36, and Bersten, 30, “the greatest hard launch of all time.”

In the TikTok clip, the duo can be seen dancing together — smiling as they stare into each other’s eyes and swirling around the stage — before pausing briefly to share a smooch mid-routine.

The kiss, in which Bersten’s arm was wrapped around Slater’s waist, and hers was around his neck, appeared to shock the crowd, drawing cheers, before the duo quickly hopped back into the routine without missing a beat.

“Not to be dramatic but watching this live made my entire life,” the TikTok user captioned the video.

Though many DWTS fans are interpreting the kiss as a hard launch, the pros, who have worked side by side on the reality competition series for years, have yet to officially confirm their romance.

Bersten did, however, share a picture of the pair’s explosive final routine — not their actual kiss, but an intimate shot of them staring at each other during the dance — in his tour round-up post on Instagram.

Reps for both Slater and Bersten did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on Sunday, April 20.

Prior to their apparent romance, both Slater and Bersten were romantically involved with other DWTS pros.

Slater was previously married to fellow pro Sasha Farber until 2023. PEOPLE confirmed that the couple — who famously got engaged on DWTS in 2016 and wed in 2018 — had separated in August 2022, and Slater later filed for divorce in February 2023. Their legal date of separation was officially listed April 1, 2022.

Following their split, the couple continued working together on DWTS, with Slater saying that being a pro dancer alongside Farber, 40, was “not a nightmare at all.”

"We support each other so much that I want the very best for Sasha,” she told E! News months after filing for divorce. “We support each other, very, very truly.”

Farber is now rumored to be dating The Bachelorette star Jenn Tran, who he was paired with on season 33 of DWTS. Tran, 27, recently told PEOPLE the pair are “not in any rush to define anything or put anything out there.”

Bersten, meanwhile, dated model Alexis Ren, whom he was paired with in season 27 of DWTS. The former couple split in 2018.
