Artem Chigvintsev was arrested for domestic violence Thursday morning, Page Six can confirm.
The “Dancing With the Stars” pro, 42, was jailed in Napa Valley, Calif., over a felony charge, TMZ reported.
Chigvintsev’s bail was set at $25,000, according to online records seen by Page Six.
He was released from jail Thursday afternoon.
It remains unclear whether the dancer’s wife, Nikki Garcia, was involved in the Yountville incident.
The outlet reported that “an arrest was made at the scene” and “injuries were reportedly involved,” with the victim asking “for total confidentiality.”
Reps for Chigvintsev and Garcia did not immediately respond to our requests for comment.
A source tells Page Six, “There were no plans for Artem Chigvintsev to be a part of Season 33 of ‘Dancing With the Stars,'” which premieres Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+.
Garcia, 40, posted via her Instagram Stories from Napa Valley while getting a facial on Wednesday.
The retired professional wrestler and Chigvintsev have been married since August 2022 and celebrated their wedding anniversary on Monday.
Garcia posted lyrics to Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” at the time.
“This song is our love story,” she captioned an Instagram video. “I’ll never forget where I was when I asked Jesus about Artem. Having a conversation with He & God. How my feelings felt too soon. It all felt too fast. And then this song came on.”
She concluded, “That’s when I knew that I was falling in love with him and that it was all meant to be.”
In a post of his own, Chigvintsev referred to Garcia as his “everything.”
He gushed, “Happy anniversary my love , can’t see my life with out [sic] you.”
The couple started dating in early 2019 after competing together on Season 25 of “DWTS,” with Chigvintsev getting down on one knee the following year.
Two years after their baby boy Matteo’s July 2020 arrival, the duo got married in Paris.
Prior to their romance, Garcia was engaged to John Cena — but broke up over the actor not wanting children.
