Several pro dancers appear to be returning for Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars, but not all fans are excited

Fans of Dancing With the Stars are expressing disappointment after the lineup for for Season 34's pros was allegedly leaked online.

Viewers have taken to social media to call for a casting shake-up after a Reddit user posted a video showing returning pros Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson seemingly rehearsing for the upcoming season.

Jenna, who most recently won the Mirrorball Trophy with Joey Graziadei during Season 33, also shared an Instagram story of herself in a car with the caption: “On my way to a meeting.” The user noted: “Let’s go!!!! Val and Jenna had meetings and practice for this season. We can probably confirm them as 2 definite pros!!!!!”

Another fan wrote: “I mean, it’s pretty obvious the pro lineup will be nearly identical from last season — the only maybe is Witney. Unless it’s a personal decision, I’m sure every pro from last season aside from Witney will certainly be a pro again. I could possibly see one or two new pros if Witney doesn’t return or they do 14 couples this season.”

Not all reactions were enthusiastic as one commenter wrote: “We haven’t had a serious shake up in many, many years and I don’t see the show starting now.” Another added: “They were never not going to be on this season. Deena LOVES them.”

Someone else chimed in: “Of course they are never getting rid of Val,” while another user speculated “they are 100 per cent two pros that will be on, but I am pretty sure they’re teaching the next 2 weekends so that’s probably what the prep is for, the meeting could be about the show!”

Speculation also swirled around fan-favorite Dani Karagach, as some fans believe her recent social media activity hints at a possible return. While ABC has yet to confirm the pro lineup, several celebrities have already been announced as part of the incoming cast competing for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

Robert Irwin, son of the late Steve Irwin, was the first confirmed contestant. His sister, Bindi Irwin, previously won Season 21 alongside Derek Hough, who now serves as a judge. Influencer and TikTok creator Alix Earle has also joined the cast, along with Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars Whitney Leavitt and Jen Affleck.

Insiders also say the show is in active talks with a other notable names. According to The U.S. Sun, Taylor Lautner, who best known for playing Jacob in the Twilight series, is close to finalizing a deal to compete.

“Taylor is one of the top people they want for this next season. They’re in talks with it now and finalizing everything,” the insider said. “There’s a chance his wife Tay could join too since they’ve become such a public figure as a duo with their podcast and wellness company. Taylor is the focus though. With his background and stunt experience, he’d be a force on the ballroom but they are interested in both Taylor and Tay.”

Another rumored contestant is Savannah Chrisley, 27, who has remained in headlines following Donald Trump’s decision to pardon her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley. The couple had been serving prison time after being convicted of bank fraud.

Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough will return to hosting duties this season, while the judging panel will once again consist of Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough.
