Married to Medicine cast member Dr. Jackie Walters is booked and busy. She's not only flourishing in her thriving medical practice, but she continues to find new ways to grow her brand while also remaining a voice for women's health issues.
Dr. Jackie recently spoke to The Daily Dish, via email, where she spilled about all the exciting updates on her personal and professional life since Married to Medicine Season 11 wrapped up, including her new scrubs line, DUES, as well as her recent cameo on Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami alongside Guerdy Abraira.
But that's not all the good doctor is up to these days, and here's what she exclusively shared with The Daily Dish.
Dr. Jackie Walters explains her new scrubs line, DUES
The Daily Dish: Congrats on DUES. Why did you feel like now was the right time to launch a scrubs line?
Dr. Jackie Walters: Thank you so much. Honestly, the idea had been on my mind for quite some time. I’ve spent years in scrubs, and I’ve seen firsthand how the uniform can impact how you feel walking into a patient’s room — or into your next big opportunity. Now felt like the right time to reimagine what that could look like: to offer something that’s functional, beautiful, and affirming for the professionals who give so much of themselves every day.
The Daily Dish: What did you know you needed to do to make the best scrubs out there for medical professionals?
Dr. Jackie: I knew they had to do it all — fit well, feel good, and perform under pressure. I wanted fabric that moved with you, silhouettes that flattered all bodies, and details that made wearers feel seen. I leaned into feedback from my peers and really focused on the everyday needs of the modern professional — from early rounds to late nights.
The Daily Dish: Tell us about the importance of the price point for the pieces in the line?
Dr. Jackie: That was a big conversation between myself and the other co-founders, Dr. Ebony Hilton and Deanna Hamilton. DUES is a premium line — but it’s not just about price, it’s about value. We wanted to deliver high-quality design, comfort, and longevity because professionals deserve to invest in themselves the way they invest in others. It’s not fast fashion. It’s built to last — and built to empower.
The Daily Dish: Do you have any favorite pieces?
Dr. Jackie: I do — and it’s hard to choose, but the Ebony Scrub Jumpsuit is definitely a standout. It’s effortlessly chic, incredibly comfortable, and makes a statement without saying a word. When I want a full set, I love the Jackie Scrub Top paired with the Mache Joggers — it’s a look that feels modern, polished, and powerful, whether you’re at the hospital or heading into a meeting.
The Daily Dish: Do you have a favorite way you like to style your scrubs?
Dr. Jackie: Oh, absolutely. I’m all about polished ease. I love pairing the scrubs with a statement sneaker and a bold pair of eyeglass frames — keeping it simple but intentional. Confidence is always in style!
The Daily Dish: Where do you see taking this brand next and what are your larger plans for DUES?
Dr. Jackie: DUES is just getting started. Our goal is to grow it beyond scrubs — into a full lifestyle brand that celebrates and supports professionals in every part of their journey. Because it’s not just about what you wear — it’s about how you show up, how you feel, and how you thrive.
