Bachelor Nation fans first met Demi Burnett on Season 23 of “The Bachelor,” and she went on to appear on Seasons 6 and 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Now, Demi is taking to Instagram to celebrate a major milestone in her sobriety journey.
Alongside a series of photos from the past four years, the Bachelor Nation star wrote, “In honor of my four year alcohol-free anniversary, here’s some pics of me doing things i never thought i could do without alcohol 🥹 (starts on slide 6! the first few pics are from celebrating my 4 years hehe)”
Demi followed up writing, “My main takeaway – I never needed the alcohol ❤️.”
