Dancing with the Stars Alum Teases Spectacular Comeback of Beloved Show with Explosive Surprises trucc

A former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant has another season of her usual show set to debut soon, and she provided some big teasers about it. Season 29 DWTS alum Chrishell Stause is returning to “Selling Sunset” and she promised it’ll be a wild ride.

Stause talked with Us Weekly about the upcoming season of “Selling Sunset” and suggested fans may not have to wait too long to see what comes next for the cast.

‘Selling Sunset’ Picks up Where Season 8 Left Off

Stause teased, “It definitely starts [off] very explosive.” She noted that filming for season 9 of “Selling Sunset” recently wrapped and she thinks the turnaround to get it from filming to airing will be shorter than in seasons’ past.

“It is gonna come out sooner than, at least I thought, in our normal cycle. Normally it comes out around November. I do know that it’s coming out sooner than what I thought, so it won’t be too long,” Stause shared.

A specific premiere date has not yet been announced by the network.

Season 8 of “Selling Sunset” included a lot of drama, so much so that Stause suggested she might quit. However, she returned, and she insists viewers won’t miss a beat.

The upcoming season will “pick up exactly where we left off” at the end of season 8. She promised viewers will find it “satisfying.”

Loose ends from season 8 will be addressed early on in season 9. “With story lines that were left a little open-ended… you’re definitely going to get a lot of resolution,” Stause teased.

Specifics regarding those resolutions, or any other drama playing out in season 9, remain under wraps for now.

Fans Are Eager to See Chrishell Stause Back on the Show

“Selling Sunset” fans reacted to the teases in the show’s subreddit.

One Reddit user declared, “I love Chrishell, need her back!”

“Beautiful angel Chrishell. I will watch anything with [you] in it. Hoping they still sell real estate, tho,” another Redditor commented.

As Us Weekly detailed, Stause is an original member of the “Selling Sunset” cast. For season 6, Nicole Young joined the cast. There has been conflict swirling between Young and Stause ever since.

At the end of season 8, Stause spoke out about her anger toward Young. Her fury stemmed from things Young said about fellow cast member Emma Hernan and a supposed affair.

Stause suggested she would quit the show rather than film with Young any further. She later said in a TikTok video shared by Pedestrian TV that she is a “business woman first and foremost.”

Because of that, Stause admitted, she would probably be willing to return to “Selling Sunset” for a bigger paycheck. She has not revealed whether or not she got that bigger paycheck, but she did return to film the upcoming “explosive” season.
