Dan also took to his Instagram Stories to share a sweet picture of his children and nephew who attended the game to cheer him on.
He shares daughters Ella, 10, and Mia, six with Jacqueline as well as Teddy, 12, with ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin.

Amid the smitten display, fresh reports emerged that the couple's friends are not sure they should be giving their romance another try.
A source told OK! magazine that Dan and Jacqueline are trying to 'work out what's best for their children' and are not prioritising a romantic relationship at present.
The insider continued: 'But they've been on such different paths and some of Jac's close friends don't see her future being with Dan.
'They believe they'll make excellent co-parents but they want Jac - and Dan - to be as happy as possible, and they're not convinced that means them staying together.'
