Loose Women's Coleen Nolan

Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has provided an insight into her private world, discussing the chances of finding love again.

In the latest instalment of the Loose Women podcast, where she sits down for heartfelt conversations with her ITV co-star, Katie Piper, Coleen dished out some personal news. The 60-year-old playfully tried to move past a listener’s probing question about whether love had bloomed in her life again, quipping 'next question'.

Yet, pushing past her initial hesitance to delve into romance talk, the singer from the Nolan Sisters opened up: "I haven't found love again, but right now, I've not been looking for it."

Tackling the age-old mantra that love occurs when it's least expected, Coleen couldn't suppress a giggle as she confessed to Katie: "It's not happened yet Katie, and I've least expected it every day."

She didn't just leave it there, though; sharing her thoughts on how to find that special someone, Coleen leaned on her experiences to offer advice, noting: "I do think the best ways are the organic ways and it's normally through friends or colleagues or they introduce you to someone," before playfully ribbing Katie with "you've been rubbish at that Katie."

Meanwhile, away from speaking about her current love life, it was back in 1990 that she tied the knot with EastEnders icon Shane Richie, father to her two sons, Shane Roche Jr and Jake Roche. But, their marriage came to an end little under 10 years since first walking down the aisle.

Coleen married once more eight years later, tying the knot with her long-term boyfriend, Ray Fensome. The pair had a daughter, Ciara Fensome, before parting ways in 2018.

Beyond her personal life, Coleen has carved out an impressive career over the years, initially gaining recognition as part of the Nolan Sisters band with her siblings, achieving considerable chart success during their tenure.

However, in recent times, Coleen's fame has been largely due to her numerous TV appearances, perhaps most notably on Loose Women, where she secured a spot on the panel back in 2000.
