Coleen Nolan Moved to Tears by Heartwarming Surprise on Loose Women trucc

Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has celebrated her 60th birthday a few days early on the ITV show, where she was surprised by her three children Jake Roche, Shane Nolan and Ciara Fensome

Coleen Nolan couldn't hold back the tears in today's emotional Loose Women episode as her children made a surprise appearance for her birthday. Although she turns 60 on Wednesday, her colleagues decided to mark the occasion early by secretly inviting her three children into the audience.

Coleen confessed that prior to the heartwarming reunion, she had endured the "worst day of [her] life" having been isolated in her dressing room and blindfolded throughout the morning.

The show featured a memorable moment where a blindfolded Coleen was guided onto the studio floor, only to find her sons Jake Roche, Shane Nolan, and daughter Ciara Fensome waiting for her. Overwhelmed by emotion, Coleen disclosed this was the inaugural occasion all her kids joined her in the studio, exclaiming "Oh my God!" as she embraced them.

Laughing through her tears, she joked about her earlier 'imprisonment', saying, "Is this why I've been kept prisoner all day? So far, I've had the worst day of my life. They literally locked me in the dressing room. 'Can I go to the toilet?' 'No.'" When quizzed if she was genuinely surprised, she humorously retorted: "Was it a genuine surprise? Are you mad? No, I always cry like this."

During a heartfelt segment on Strictly Come Dancing, Pete Wicks delivered a special birthday message to Coleen via video. He cheered, "Just a quick message to say happy birthday Coleen - I hope you have a fabulous day," and added with a touch of humour, "Who'd have thought a couple of years ago when you saw me naked, we would become such great friends? I hope you the best day, my love. I hope to see you soon.", reports the Mirror.

Reflecting on their bond post-show, a touched Coleen revealed, "We genuinely became best friends from that."

Emotions ran high on today's Loose Women episode as Coleen and her sister Maureen Nolan, aged 70, opened up about the impact of losing their beloved sibling Linda Nolan, who tragically passed away at the age of 65, just two months back following a battle with cancer. When discussing the significance of family unity during such trying times, Maureen poignantly remarked: "Absolutely everything, yeah."

Coleen, resonating deeply with her sister's sentiment, acknowledged: "I think it's made us appreciate that we need to make more of an effort, really, to be together."

Maureen affirmed the new family focus: "That's what it's all about now more than anything."

A visibly moved Coleen conceded, "Yeah, it's been hard."

Earlier in the week, an insider confided to The Mirror about how the cherished Loose Women presenter is courageously facing her birthday amidst the sorrow of Linda's loss. The source disclosed: "This is a milestone birthday for Coleen, but she is still, of course, going to be thinking about her sister."

They went on to share that the milestone event would carry a mix of emotions for Coleen. Revealing the poignancy of the occasion, they commented: "Coleen is still very, very sad about losing Linda, so it's a very bittersweet moment. It's heart-breaking that Linda won't be there."

During the past weekend, Coleen honoured Linda's memory on International Women's Day with a heartfelt post on Instagram, writing: "Happy International Women's Day to all the amazing women in my life and to every other woman! Here's to lifting each other up and celebrating our power."
