A big step.
Bachelor Nation fans got to know Christina Mandrell on Season 27 of “The Bachelor,” and since then, she has found love and gotten married to Brayden Bowers.
The couple has committed to being sober together, and Christina recently shared that they celebrated their five-month mark.
Over the weekend, the two reunited with fellow Bachelor Nation stars in Nashville for the CMA Fest.
And now, Christina has taken to Instagram to celebrate a new milestone of attending the event completely sober.
Alongside snapshots from the special weekend, she said, “The one where I do CMA Fest sober 🎤✨This year looked a little different, but felt more like me than ever.”
Christina continued and shared how having Brayden by her side helped her through the weekend.
She said, “I didn’t go Thursday because Brayden couldn’t be there, and having my support system (who’s chosen to stay sober too just to support me) made a huge difference.”
The Bachelor Nation star also admitted there were a few struggles, but overall she had an amazing time.
“There were definitely some tough moments, but this was hands down the best CMA week yet. And I actually remember all of it 😂,” she expressed.
Followers and loved ones filled the comments with their love and support for Christina on this accomplishment.
Fellow Bachelor Nation star Daisy Kent wrote, “You are amazing ❤️❤️❤️”
Kaitlyn Bristowe added, “Proud of you.”
