Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa Reunite in Heartwarming 'Cuddled Up' Moment Post-Celebrity Big Brother trucc

The duo's fans have been wondering if their frienship would last beyong the reality show

Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa have reunited for the first time since they said goodbye after competing on Celebrity Big Brother in a ‘cuddled up’ post on social media.

The former Love Island contestant and US pop singer formed an unlikely friendship on the ITV reality show, which was won by Coronation Street’s Jack P Shepherd.

Fans of the show saw their friendship blossom after Chris defended Jojo after actor Mickey Rourke used homophobic language towards her.

From then, the pair were inseparable as they kept their housemates up with their late night conversations and controversially used a litter box as a toilet during a challenge.

Chris faced ‘gameplayer’ from Towie’s Ella Rae Wise over their friendship, ultimately finishing in sixth place as JoJo came third.

After leaving the house, Chris and JoJo made good of their promise of playing tennis together, before she moved back to the United States just days after breaking up with her partner Kath Ebbs.

With many curious if their friendship would continue now that they’re living on other sides of the globe, Chris took his Snapchat with a picture of their first meetup in over three weeks.

Chris travelled to Mexico City to watch former Dance Moms star JoJo perform her hit music at the Te Emblema music festival.

The photo saw the duo lying on a sofa together, with Jojo’s hand on his chest, which Chris captioned: “Finally reunited.”

A separate post from JoJo over the weekend, saw her beaming for the camera as she said she was a ‘very happy girl’.

Shortly after Celebrity Big Brother concluded, JoJo and Chris appeared on ITV’s This Morning, where she provided clarity about breaking up with Kath at the show’s afterparty.

“I didn't want to air that out very publicly but there were countless things, where I was like that's not something I should be OK with or need to be OK with and I'm not happy.

“I knew as soon as I got out I wanted to fix things in my life and make the changes I needed to make.

"The first thing you want to do when you get out is exactly what you need to do in your life to make it as good as you can,” she told presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard.

Quizzed if she could see romance between her and Chris, JoJo replied: “Life is life and I don’t know any future of anything.

“I’m really grateful for our bond and what we have and life will do what it will do.”
