Donna previously opened up about her sister's cancer to Trisha Goddard in an earlier episode

Chesney Hawkes is close to tears as he reads out a letter for Donna Preston, saying: "Dearest Donna.

“Our poppet, it makes our hearts so full seeing you being your authentic funny kind self and watching you is the highlight of our day. So glad the nation can see you

“Emily says hello and you’re doing great. You’re super funny and she’s getting all her school friends to watch."

Donna began to cry as Chesney continued: “Emma has said she is so super proud to call you her sister.

“Everyone in the house if you are listening take care of our precious girl.”

Chesney announced to the cameras: “Promise!"

Earlier in the series Donna was seen opening up about her sister's cancer.

She spoke about it to Trisha Goddard, who shared with Donna the effects of living with the devastating disease.

Trisha, 67, was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer in 2023, having first got the disease in 2008.

An emotional Donna told her: "My sister has breast cancer.

"Seeing her the past year what she's gone through I really appreciate my body."

Donna hasn't had the easiest time in the house - clashing with Angellica Bell and Mickey Rourke.

Hours after he got a formal warning for upsetting JoJo Siwa by using a homophobic slur, The Wrestler star Mickey, 72, left Donna stunned when he weight-shamed her in the bedroom.

The comedian was wearing an LED facemask while lying on the bed.

When Mickey asked her if she was seeing any results, she told him she had only been using the mask for a few months.

"You'd probably be better off running round the block for ten minutes," he responded.

"I've got to try something, " Donna added. "I'm getting a little turkey neck."

Mickey then responded: "It comes with the territory."

Confused, Donna asked: "What, life?"

"Yeah," Mikey replied, adding: "It's like they say, you are what you eat."

Clearly thrown, Donna nodded before Patsy stuck up for her, saying: "You eat really healthy though, don't you?"

"I do now, yeah, very healthy" Donna replied.

Later, when she left the bedroom, Donna expressed her disbelief to Danny Beard and Ella Rae Wise.

While she laughed, she seemed flabbergasted as she recounted the conversation she had with Mickey.

After repeating his 'You are what you eat' comment, Danny responded: "You what, did he think you were gonna lose half a f***ing stone just by putting an LED mask on?"
