Carl Radke is diving back into dating more than a year after splitting up from his fiancée, Lindsay Hubbard.
The Summer House cast member revealed the latest in his personal life on the February 5 episode of The Viall Files podcast. First, he denied the speculation that he was dating The Bachelor alum Maria Georgas.
"I don't even know who Maria from The Bachelor is," Carl said regarding a rumor about a purported sighting of the two that was mentioned during the podcast sit-down. "Hand to God, I've never met her. I don't even know what she looks like. You could hold up four pictures right now, I wouldn't know who she is."

Carl isn't exactly getting to know Maria, but he is ready to move on. "This summer, I started to put myself out there. It took me a little while just to unwind just all the feelings from the past relationship," Carl explained to co-hosts Nick Viall and Natalie Joy about wanting to take a beat to himself after his engagement ended. "It's mentioned on the trailer, but I didn't hook up with anyone really until this summer, and the last person I did hook up with was Lindsay."
He continued, "I just wasn't mentally there. I needed some time to kind of get myself confident. So, I had some fun over the summer. I dated a little bit."
Is Carl Radke single?
After dipping his toes back in the dating pool during filming for Summer House Season 9, Carl is still looking for the one.
"I'm back looking. I met someone at the end of the summer, and we dated a little bit. And we've been seeing each other recently," Carl added on the podcast.
Though Carl did meet someone, he recognizes that it's not the best time for him to be diving back into a serious relationship. In addition to getting ready to open his business, Soft Bar + Cafe in June 2025, Carl notes that it's challenging to be dating when the show is on.
"I've got a lot going on. And, let me tell you, these next three months, when the show's airing, dating is not easy, while you're watching yourself in the past summer flirting with other girls," he said. "And I'm very single, I'm not doing anything that crazy."
What to expect from Carl Radke on Summer House Season 9
After a difficult eighth season, Carl is "ready to move forward" in the Hamptons on Summer House Season 9.
An announcement for the season confirms that Carl is fully shifting his focus to opening Soft Bar + Cafe and re-entering "the dating field."
