Carl Radke hasn't been shy about his personal health and wellness journey over the last few years, but in a new preview for Part 2 of the Summer House Season 9 Reunion — set to air Wednesday, June 4 — he's opening up about his infamous smile (more specifically, the set of teeth he previously had).
Host Andy Cohen kicks off the discussion by asking for Carl's reaction to the moment Gabby Prescod made a shady remark about him (and his teeth) while talking to his ex-fiancee Lindsay Hubbard earlier this season.
In response, Carl notes that he was "a little disappointed," especially with regards to what she said about his teeth.

However, he goes on to point out that's not necessarily Gabby's fault. "That's probably on me, because I don't think you're fully aware," Carl continues. "I've had dental issues since I was eight years old. I got hit with a hockey stick by my brother, I took a baseball to the face..."
The Soft Bar founder's explainer doesn't stop there, though.
With a bit of self-deprecation, he throws it all the way back to Summer House Season 1.
"I got made fun of for my yellow teeth," he reminisces. "I did have yellow teeth. I brushed my teeth with a comb!" (For those who may not remember or even believe that was possible, we then see a clip of him brushing his hair in a mirror before going over his teeth with it as well.)
Why Carl Radke had to fix his teeth
As Carl explains in the Summer House reunion preview, "The way my teeth are currently, a couple years ago, I had to get them fixed."
He wasn't exactly happy with the result, though. "The teeth that I had last summer were honestly f--king embarrassing and huge. I was really down about it because I know exactly what people see, too," Carl says. "Like, I have a lot of self-awareness. I was embarrassed by my teeth."
Thankfully, he's since "had them fixed" since the previous summer, and is feeling much better about his grin these days.
