Capitals Players & Storylines To Watch
- Head coach Spencer Carbery called on Sonny Milano to "turn it on" going down the stretch after a "just okay" start to training camp, so look for him to make some noise.
-Jakub Vrana is feeling the love and support as he looks to make his way back to the District. He has a goal and assist in his last two preseason outings, turning his game around and being one of D.C.'s top performers.
- Rasmus Sandin will make his preseason debut after missing the start of training camp due to visa issues.
- Dylan McIlrath is a dark horse to watch for a roster spot as he impresses the coaching staff with his demeanor on and off the ice over the course of camp. Look for him to make the most of his minutes on Monday.
Puck drop is at 7 p.m. ET.
