Boz Saint John Spills Juicy Behind-the-Scenes Secrets from Her Drama-Packed RHOBH Rookie Season trucc

Bozoma “Boz” Saint John isn’t here for drawn-out drama—or fashion without purpose. The marketing powerhouse-turned-reality TV star opened up about her first season on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” revealing behind-the-scenes critiques, unexpected friendships, and why she only wore Black designers. Now, she’s got her eyes on her next TV move: a show with Jimmy Fallon.

Boz Sant John Says Producers Told Her She Resolved Drama Too Fast

On the May 22 episode of “Nice Talk With Nikki Ogunnaike,” Bozoma Saint John recalled a surprising note she received from a producer while filming season 14 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

“One of the producers came to me and he was just like, ‘You know, Boz, you resolve issues too fast,’” she shared. “And I was like, ‘I’m sorry, what?’”

The executive, 48, explained that her direct communication style—shaped by years in corporate leadership at companies like Uber, Pepsi, and Netflix—doesn’t exactly fit the Housewives mold.

“In the business world, you have to be direct,” Boz said. “So I found myself becoming the person in the group who could see very clearly what the issue was and just call that, instead of trying to go round and round.”

She also defended her close friendship with Dorit Kemsley, which raised eyebrows among viewers.

“People were like, ‘How dare you? Why would you be friends with her?’” she said. But Boz explained she met Dorit at a chaotic time and saw someone “desperate to be heard.” She added, “Sometimes you do need grace, and sometimes you need somebody to come and give you a fair shot.”

When asked whether she plans to return for season 15, Boz confirmed: “Yes, I am.”

She also addressed the exit of Garcelle Beauvais, revealing she took care not to bring their conflict on camera. “I know people always want to pit the two Black girls against each other,” she said. “I’m so sad and disappointed that [Garcelle is] not coming back… I would like to have shown the development of our relationship.”

Boz Saint John Reveals Why She Wore 53 Black Designer Looks on RHOBH

Boz made a conscious—and powerful—style statement on her rookie season of RHOBH by exclusively wearing Black designers.

It began with her first look, custom-made by Ghanaian designer Mimmy Yeboah for Sutton Stracke’s surrealist ball. From there, she decided every outfit needed to reflect Black excellence in fashion. “I was like, ‘Well, I can’t go backwards,’” she said. “Fashion is such an important topic on this show … [And] if everybody has a thing, why can’t my thing be Black?”

The decision led to 53 unique looks across the season, including her RHOBH cast photo outfit, which paid homage to “Old Hollywood” through the lens of Black glamour. She cited trailblazing designer Zelda Wynn Valdes, who dressed icons like Dorothy Dandridge, as a key inspiration.

Next Up: ‘On Brand’ with Jimmy Fallon

Boz isn’t slowing down. NBC announced in April that she’s teaming up with Jimmy Fallon on “On Brand with Jimmy Fallon,” a marketing competition series where contestants pitch creative ideas to real brands.

Boz will serve as Chief Marketing Officer of the fictional “On Brand Agency,” while Fallon plays CEO and host. “Jimmy is giving his creative opinions and I’m the resident expert,” she explained on the podcast. “It’s a dream come true.”

The Bravo community is already hyped. Andy Cohen, Kemsley, Cynthia Bailey, and Chanel Ayan all shared support in Boz’s Instagram comments after the announcement.
