"This is double trouble."
Big Brother has revealed a new Head of House, as Khaled's week-long reign officially came to an end.
In tonight's (October 20) episode, the Housemates discussed who they thought would make a good Head of House, with Ali and Thomas suggesting Izaaz.
Later, Big Brother informed the housemates that there would be a change in management.
"Today the next Head of House will be chosen. The Head of House enjoys the luxuries, privileges and most importantly immunity from the next eviction. Who is the right person for the job?"
Big Brother explained how the next leader would be chosen, with each housemate removing one candidate from the running.
"In Big Brother's gallery a series of glass portraits stand tall, each one featuring the face of a housemate," announced Big Brother. "Khaled, you will be first to enter my gallery, you must choose one face to destroy thus removing that Housemate from the competition."
After each housemate made their choice, they then decided who would be next into the portrait gallery. The person whose picture was left standing would then become the new Head of House.
Equipped with a hammer and safety goggles, Khaled entered the gallery and smashed Lily's glass portrait. He then nominated Segun to make his decision.
The housemates tactically removed their fellow candidates, until two portraits remained. With only Ali and Dean left in the running, Big Brother revealed that they would be the two Heads of House this week.
Later, in the Diary Room, Ali and Dean were made aware of a new twist as they snuck off to a secret basement.
"Tomorrow, Housemates will nominate. Big Brother wants to let you in on a big secret. Housemates will nominate in pairs, each pair must nominate another pair of Housemates to face eviction.
"Your power as Heads of House is to choose who will be in each pair. This is double trouble," concluded Big Brother.
The duo discussed who to pair up in order to prevent housemates from "ganging up" on others. They decided to mix up the friendship groups to keep things fair.
With nominations looming, what will the consequences be?
