Strictly Come Dancing’s presenter Fleur East has dropped a major baby bombshell with her doting husband Marcel Badiane-Robin.
The beloved It Takes Two host – who is set to host the National Lottery’s New Year’s Eve Big Bash at the OVO Wembley Arena – has had one hell of a year.
Not only did the Hits Radio presenter, 37, replace Rylan Clark on the BBC spin-off show, she also welcomed her first child, Nova, with her rapper husband.
The musician – who rose to fame on X Factor back in 2014 – returned to work in September and delighted fans as Janette Manrara’s co-host on the long-running show.
Now, the brunette beauty has teased when she would like to expand her family of three – and it’s not long off. In an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, the musician revealed her plans to be a mother again in the new year.
She told us: “Yeah, I’d hope to have another baby in the future. I mean, it’s so funny, me and my husband were like, ‘Let’s just wait until she gets to one and then maybe we’ll have a conversation about it at that point’.”
The doting mum admitted that it has been no easy feat to be a working mum with a growing career. Fleur went on: “Because honestly, it's so difficult to the point where you think, ‘How does anyone with multiples do it?’ I can’t get my head around it.
"And also, people who follow up with another baby very soon after their first. I applaud anyone who does that because it’s quite a difficult thing to adjust to in the beginning and I think right now, me and my husband are just really enjoying Nova right now."
“So, I think we don’t want to hurry it too much before having another one,” she chuckled. Fleur went on to reflect on what her first few months of motherhood has been like since she delivered her daughter in March.
She gushed: “It surprised me so much in the sense that I didn’t realise how overwhelming it would be both positively and negatively.
